For Pilates instructors

Turn your Pilates cues into a guide to sell.

A digital Pilates guide can give followers your exercise cues, modifications and mat routines between classes. Explore a home-practice product built around the questions they ask you. We research, write and design it in your voice, built first at our cost.

For creators with an engaged, English speaking audience, typically between 10,000 and 100,000 followers.

The questions

The guide is already in your comments.

Repeated questions can suggest what a guide should explain. They do not prove that someone will buy. We read your content, comments and questions, then group the recurring asks into a product idea to evaluate.

  • Can I do this without a reformer?under every studio clip
  • How do I know my core is actually working?the DM you get every week
  • Is there a beginner version of this?under a flow video
  • Saved for tomorrow morning.a routine saved far more than it is liked

What a guide could look like

An example outline. Yours comes from your audience.

Mat Foundations at Home

A four-week mat programme with the cues you give in class.

Bonus tools

  • Four-week calendar with routine cards
  • Cue sheet, one page per exercise

Illustrative outline, written for this page. We have not built a Pilates guide yet. Yours would come from your content and your audience's questions, and could look quite different.

  1. Setting up at homeSpace, mat, props you already own, and a gentle warm-up.
  2. Breath and centreBreathing patterns, and what engaging your centre feels like.
  3. Neutral spine and imprintFinding them lying down, then keeping them while moving.
  4. The foundational mat exercisesEach one with cues, common mistakes and an easier version.
  5. ModificationsScaling down and up without losing the point of the exercise.
  6. Short routinesTen, twenty and thirty minute sessions for real weeks.
  7. Progressing with careWhen to add load or tempo, and when to see a professional.

Likely buyers

The people already asking you.

  • Beginners who cannot get to a studio, or not often enough.
  • Class regulars who want to practise between sessions.
  • Followers who do your videos and want structure around them.

Why a guide

Your value is in the cues: the small corrections you give a room every day. Written down in order, with illustrations and short routines, those cues become something a follower can use on their own floor.

The partnership

We win when the product wins.

  • Apply, then agree terms in writing. Ownership, responsibilities and terms are agreed before work starts.
  • Then we build it, at our cost. You see the finished product before anything launches.
  • Nothing is published without your approval. You see a preview, then the full file, then the sales page.
  • An optional introduction. If you would like to talk first, an optional 15-minute intro call is available.
  • Your content stays yours. We do not publish anything under your name without your approval, and we do not claim your audience or your content.
  • Built around your audience. The outline here is illustrative. Your product starts with your content and audience questions.

Legal and financial terms are confirmed in the written agreement, not on this page.

Questions

Before you apply.

My routines are already free on my page. Why would anyone pay?

A video shows the movement once. A guide gives the cues, the easier and harder versions, and a four-week order to follow, so people can practise without you. We do not promise sales. We build the full product first, at our cost, so you can judge it before agreeing to anything.

Do I need to write the guide myself?

No. We research, write and design the whole product from your content and your audience's questions, in your voice. You read the finished product and approve it before anything is published.

Who owns the product?

This is set in the written agreement before work starts. We do not publish anything under your name without your approval, and we do not claim your audience or your content.
